By understanding the biological function of gustation and olfaction, we can harness our natural ability and start building muscle memory. Together, we’ll walk through a few different excercises that help us leverage our memories and emotions to build better flavor recall.

Sign up to join our interactive virtual workshop led by Sandra Loofbourow on June 6th!

You will be receiving a pack of candies shipped out by Slow Pour Supply ahead of the workshop.

Who is this for? Anyone who wants to expand their sensory vocabulary!

When is it? Thursday, June 6th, 2024 at 3:30pm PT (6:30pm ET)

This interactive virtual class will be focused on expanding our palate and flavor vocabulary by speaking the "global language of coffee" and practicing this skill together.

Part of this class will also review the new Indonesian Flavor Wheel to inform our discussion. We will taste and discuss a variety of candies, and we will describe flavors that may be familiar or new to us.
