What students are saying

  • I loved this class! I feel like the few short weeks gave me a surprising boost in my existing practicing, and certainly answered coffee specific vocab I wouldn’t have gotten otherwise. It’s super nice to have all the vocab saved now and I can keep practicing, and it was very helpful to do this right as I started learning to get pronunciation down by hearing someone talk in real time. Definitely worth the time and money.

  • Sandra is great, so knowledgeable and down to earth. It’s really great to hear from someone who is so well immersed in coffee to share from personal experiences.

  • Sandra's teaching methodology is playful, kind, patient, and thoughtful, making the learning experience both engaging and enriching. I'm now eager to explore advanced Spanish with the vocabulary from the guías de catación y tostación, and I hope Sandra offers deeper dives into this fascinating subject in the future.
